Shipping policy
What happens once I've placed my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you did not receive this information, let us know at info@afterburncandles.com and we will update you on the status of your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our orders are sent out using a Royal Mail or Hermes courier. All UK orders should arrive 1-3 working days once shipped, all overseas orders should arrive within 5-8 working days. We depend on the reliability of our couriers but cannot be held responsible if delays occur.

What comes in my order?
All of our products come gift wrapped in recycled paper ready for their new home. If you would like to test out another scent from our website, let us know in a separate email quoting your order reference number and we'll do our best to include a sample of the scent you would like to try included with your order!
Do you offer returns or exchange?
We always want our customers to be 100% happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at info@afterburncandles.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on third party products.
What if the item I want is sold out?

Why is the scent I’m looking for not on the online shop?
We occasionally discontinue certain fragrances for seasonal or stock purposes. If you are looking for a specific scent that you do not see, please let us know by emailing info@afterburncandles.com and we’ll let you know if/when it will be available.
